SGN5010 - High Data Rate 2.4 GHz radio Transceiver IC

Signia's SGN5010 Ulysses™ Radio IC is a fully integrated 2.4GHz CMOS radio frequency transceiver and GFSK data modem. The baseband interface is optimized for use with any industry-standard BlueRF™ Baseband Controller, giving you the maximum flexibility. The low external component count and the small QFN package allow you to implement the radio with a minimized footprint. By incorporating matching circuitry, and all the synthesizer components including RF resonator & VCO, RF PLL & loop filter, plus channel filter, all on chip, the only external components you need to add are bypass capacitors and the reference oscillator. It's that easy.
