Engineer Responsible for advanced CMOS product characterization, qualification, reliability testing, and production release to manufacturing. Will need to work on product definition with design engineers, marketing, and system architects. Will need to work with our manufacturing partners with the manufacturing release, yield enhancement, and cost reduction. Qualified candidate must have a BS/MSEE with minimum 4 years of work experience. Must show knowledge of device physics, product characterization, yield improvement, and product qualifications.
